What are your business hours?
We’re available 24/7, seven days a week. No matter when you reach out, we’re always here to help. During late-night or early-morning hours, replies may take a little longer, but you can count on us to respond as quickly as possible.
Is early check in or late check out available
Our standard check-in time is 2:00pm and standard check-out time is 10:00am. However, if the apartment is available earlier or can be extended later, we will automatically offer an early check-in or late check-out at no extra cost. Availability depends on existing bookings, but we always do our best to accommodate our guests.
Do you offer discount for longer stays?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for longer stays. For bookings of 21 nights or more, guests receive a 10–20% discount. For stays of 30 nights or longer, we offer an increased discount of 20–30%. Discounts vary depending on the season and property, but we always aim to provide great value for extended stays.
Do you offer discount for returning customers?
Yes, we highly value our returning customers. As a thank-you for choosing to stay with us again, we offer a 10–15% discount on future bookings. We appreciate your loyalty and always aim to make each stay even better than the last.
